Organised by the Provincial Council of Girona, this course is addressed to the personnel of the provincial entities personal that works directly or indirectly with exotic flora (public employees, tecnics, local administration, enviromental protection, work squads and gardening services).
Along the course, an insight of the LIFE medCLIFFS project will be given, as well as different techniques and knowledges to manage and eliminate invasive exotic species with presence on urban green spaces, public and private gardens, and natural environment.
Imparted by Maria Guirado, technician of the Àrea de Territori i Sostenibilitat of the Provincial Girona, and Gerard Carrion, technician of the Natural Park of Cap de Creus.
This is a two-session presencial course, the first on theory (November 16th) and the other on practice (November 23rd).
Conducting place: Castelló d’Empúries and Natural Park of Cap de Creus.
