BECOME AN OBSERVER

Knowing where invasive alien plant species grow is essential to conserve the native flora of the cliffs of the Costa Brava.

Do you want to help us?

The first step to achieve this is to know which invasive alien species we have and, above all, where they grow. This is the only way to determine if they are very abundant, if they grow in areas with endemic flora and how much the invasive species can endanger their conservation.

From LIFE medCLIFFS we have created a project on the iNaturalist platform, where you can contribute with your field observations. We are waiting for you!

Your data is essential to define what strategy we should follow to control or contain each of the invasive species you identify.

Together, we can stop the loss of biodiversity and the degradation of an iconic habitat of our coastline!
